• Ability to pay or supply. 4 / Four Corners Club does not authenticate the ability of enquirers to be in a position to pay quoted or levied charges between a general enquirer and advertiser / tour operator. If you wish to obtain greater assurance of this type, then you should take all sensible steps prior to proceeding with an order.
• The prices of all goods and services are inclusive of VAT (where VAT is applicable). 4 / Four Corners Club provides VAT invoices on request for 4 / Four Corners Club sales/purchases, and may in its absolute discretion agree to accept payments exclusive of VAT from non-UK-resident companies/individuals inside the EU or from customers outside the EU, subject to satisfactory evidence of VAT number or residential status.
• Corrections. Descriptions of goods and services included in 4 / Four Corners Club directory and from enquirers are accurate to the best of 4 / Four Corners Club knowledge. We do our best to correct errors or omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them and we shall notify you of any corrections where possible. • 4 / Four Corners Club are to be paid 10% commission on ALL bookings made with the registered Tour Operator that have been generated through enquiries made because of the presence of the Tour Operators tours being published on the 4 / Four Corners Club website.
