Namibia & Botswana Family Adventure - Overland Trip
2 ½ weeks: Victoria Falls to Windhoek or v.v. (DR4CC-FNB)
Very easy family adventure, generally with good facilities. Excellent wildlife, loads of adventure activities to keep all ages happy. Good food, cultural interaction. Average paced trip but definitely action packed. Some down time (great shopping in Swakopmund). An excellent first timers journey.General Notes
Children\'s Discount: There is a 15% discount off the trip price per child. Children must be aged 7 or above. Teenagers from 16 - 18 will be charged adult price. Children must be accompanied by 1 or more adults.Hotels: Please note the kitty pays for all the hotels. Where these have been pre-booked, and pre-paid, funds will be collected from kitty to re-pay Dragoman.Hotel accommodation is based on twin and/or triple sharing. At the time of booking please indicate your family\'s room requirements. If we do not hear from you we will book rooms we consider suitable.Please note: Because of the nature of the areas we travel through we cannot guarantee the exact hotels we will stay in.Okavango Delta: If the group is too small we will be unable to use the houseboats and will enter the Delta by mokoro canoe and bushcamp for 2 nights in the Delta.Kitty does not cover food while staying in hotels and hostels.Because of limited flight availability in school holidays please book early.

Nights 3-7:Botswana & Namibia: Wildlife boat safari through Chobe NP, home to thousands of elephant
Botswana & Namibia: Overland through Northern Chobe and the Caprivi Strip
Botswana & Namibia: Relaxing 2 night stay at Ngepi, stunning campsite on the Kavango River
Botswana & Namibia: 2 night houseboat and dugout canoe expedition into the Okavango
Nights 8-12:Safari time: Visit to San Bushman community (either school or local village)
Safari time: Overland safari through Etosha NP with excellent wildlife
Safari time: 2 nights at Etosha campsites with excellent game viewing waterhole
Safari time: Meet cheetahs face to face at Otjitongwe Cheetah Reserve
Nights 13-15:Swakopmund & Coast Visit to the Skeleton Coast's outrageous Cape Cross seal colony
Swakopmund & Coast 3 night stay in Swakopmund, Namibia's adrenaline city
Nights 16-18:Namib Desert: Journey through the mountains, dunes and plains of the Namib Desert
Namib Desert: Guided trek through the Sossusvlei Dunes and dawn trek up the huge Dune 45
