We will stay in lodges and tented camps in a variety of wonderful locations including the Serengeti National Park where you will quite literally have some of the most magnificent animals in the world on your doorstep. Some of the amazing sights we hope to see include tree climbing lions, the elusive leopard, both black and white rhinos and flocks of flamingos at Lake Nakuru.Staffing

Day 1,NAIROBIArrive and transfer to the hotel
Day 2,ARUSHA - LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARKWe take the shuttle bus across the Tanzanian border and onto Arusha, the starting point for our safari. If you prefer we can arrange a flight for you instead - please speak to your booking agent for details. Upon arrival we head to Lake Manyara National Park, and take a game drive in search of its famous tree-climbing lions and large herds of elephants. Arusha - Lake Manyara approx. 3 hours driving. Day 3,NGORONGORO CRATERAfter a morning game drive at Lake Manyara, we drive to the Ngorongoro Crater, often described as one of the natural wonders of the world and containing a wide and varied collection of habitats for the large numbers of animals to be found within. Approx. 2 hours driving. (BLD)
Day 4,NGORONGORO CRATERA visit here is almost guaranteed to give sightings of four of the Big Five. We enjoy a long game drive in the crater today, hoping to spot the elusive leopard or many of the other majestic creatures that make this place their home. (BLD)
Day 5,SERENGETI NATIONAL PARKDrive to the Serengeti via the famous Olduvai Gorge, where fossil remains dating back almost 1.75 million years were found. En route to our camp we drive through the park and expect to have good game sightings. Approx. 3 hours driving. (BLD)
Day 6 to Day 7,SERENGETI NATIONAL PARKTwo full days excursion through the Serengeti plains, during which our guide will make every effort to locate the migration if it is at all possible - this will depend on your dates of travel. If not, you won’t be disappointed with a veritable feast of other fascinating wildlife to observe. (BLD)
Day 8,LAKE VICTORIAWe leave the Serengeti behind and head to the shores of Lake Victoria, Africa’s largest lake. Approx 3 hours driving. Please note that due to the lack of available options in this area we stay in a three star hotel tonight. (BLD)
Day 9,KENYAN HIGHLANDSWe drive throug Kenya's verdant highlands until we reach Kericho. Upon arrival there will be time to relax or explore the town. Approx 3 hours driving. Please note that due to the lack of available options in this area we stay in a three star hotel tonight. (BLD)
Day 10,LAKE NAKURUWe travel to Lake Nakuru, a haven for both black and white rhinos as well as several other game species. Lake Nakuru is also renowned for the enormous flocks of flamingos that make their homes here. Approx. 2 1/2 hours driving. (BLD)
Day 11,LAKE NAIVASHAAfter a game drive at Lake Nakuru we drive to Lake Naivasha, and our accommodation on the shore of the lake. Approx. 1 1/2 hours driving. (BLD)
Day 12 to Day 14,MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVEThe Masai Mara is one of the premier regions for wildlife anywhere on the planet, and by staying here for three nights we have superb opportunities to see the incredible wildlife to be found here. We spend our time here on morning and afternoon game drives, relaxing during the heat of the day. Day 12 approx. 4 hours driving. (BLD)
Day 15,NAIROBIReturn to Nairobi where the tour ends upon arrival. Approx 5 1/2 hours driving. (B)
