Itineraries

Day 1, CAIRO

Arrival day. No meals.

Day 2, CAIRO - BAHARIYA

We drive through the Western Desert to the oasis of Bahariya. We can visit the natural springs and there is also the option of enjoying a traditional Bedouin dinner in Beir El Ghaba. (B)

Day 3, BAHARIYA - WHITE DESERT

Using 4WD jeeps we explore the Black Desert, the crystal mountain and the fascinating White Desert. We spend the night sleeping out under the stars. (BLD)

Day 4, WHITE DESERT - FARAFRA - DAKHLA

Drive through spectacular scenery to Farafra. Visit the old mud-brick town and Bader Museum before we drive to Dakhla. We also stop to visit the old Islamic city of El Qaser. (B)

Day 5, DAKHLA - BAHARIYA

A free morning in Dakhla to explore this beautiful oasis. In the afternoon drive back to Bahariya for the night. (B)

Day 6, BAHARIYA - CAIRO

A free morning in Bahariya where there will be an opportunity to visit the Bahariya Museum with its selection of 'golden mummies' discovered nearby. In the afternoon we drive back to Cairo. (B)
