A Taste of Vietnam - Overland Trip
2 weeks: Hanoi to Saigon (IMT-SSTV)
Intro
There is more to Vietnamese food than seafood and crisp fresh vegetables, delicately flavored with herbs and spices. The Vietnamese are very proud of the way their food is prepared, and we will be in the thick of the action as often as possible, buying our ingredients from a range of sources. These might be the small rowing boats that pull alongside our traditional junk in Halong Bay, or the bustling local markets found in every city. From north to south, this trip will give you a true taste of Vietnam.Group Size
