Tanzania hosts the world’s greatest wildlife habitats. The Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater provide a wonderful opportunity to get close to animals like elephant, buffalo and rhino in a truly spectacular setting. The savannah of Tarangire adds yet another dimension to this safari, which will delight wildlife enthusiasts and photographers alike.

Itineraries (Nairobi - Nairobi)

Day 1,NAIROBI

Arrive and transfer to hotel. The remainder of the day is free for you to relax or explore this vibrant African city.

Day 2,NAIROBI – ARUSHA

We depart early and make our way from Nairobi across the border into Tanzania, and head for Arusha. (BLD)

Day 3 to Day 4,SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast we move on to the Serengeti, one of the best known wildlife areas in the world. The park is host to the spectacular annual migration of wildebeest in late May or early June. Afternoon game drive on day 3, morning and afternoon game drives on day 4. (BLD)

Day 5,NGORONGORO CRATER

Drive to the Ngorongoro Crater via the Olduvai Gorge, where fossil remains dating back 1.75 million years were found. The crater is teeming with wildlife and birdlife and offers superb opportunities for game viewing. We descend into the crater for a game drive using 4WD vehicles. (BLD)

Day 6,LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK - ARUSHA

One of Tanzania's most diverse parks, the combination of lakes, woodlands and mountains in Lake Manyara make for superb game and bird viewing. The park is home to large herds of elephants and is also known for its tree climbing lions. We take a game drive here before returning to Arusha. (BL)

Day 7,ARUSHA – NAIROBI

Drive back to Nairobi. (B)
