Day 1 Darwin/Kakadu National Park

A colourful blend of frontier charm and modern cosmopolitan attitude, Darwin is an exciting launch pad into the Never Never. After an early start from this tropical capital take a crocodile spotting cruise. Afterwards venture deep into the wilderness of Kakadu National Park to learn how this landscape helps maintain Indigenous tradition and culture. Kakadu is steeped in Dreamtime history and current significance, from the artwork it contains to the wildlife it nurtures. Accompanied by a local guide, be captivated by the park's ever-changing terrain and untamed beauty.

Day 2 Kakadu National Park/Katherine

After breakfast head out to explore the Kakadu National Park. After lunch travel south out of the park into the historic mining area of Pine Creek. Stop along the way for a refreshing dip in Edith Falls. Settle in for the night at a campsite at the historic Springvale Homestead near the remote town of Katherine.

Day 3 Katherine Gorge

Take a cruise along the stunning Katherine Gorge or explore under your own steam, by paddling a canoe. Heading north again, camp for the night at remote Mt Bundy station.

Day 4 Litchfield National Park/Darwin

Filled with waterholes and waterfalls, Litchfield National Park is a great place to relax. Visit Florence Falls, Wangi Falls and Buley Rockholes and walk through beautiful rainforests. The Top End adventure comes to an end on arrival in Darwin.
